Why should grown-ups have all the fun?

My favorite podcast for students remains National Geographic’s Wild Chronicles. This might be more appropriate for older students as there is occassional animal violence.

For the primary grades, Seasame Street has recently released their own podcast which is just what you remember. For example, in one of the episodes, the word on the street is “dog” including how to spell dog and descriptions of dogs.

What are podcasts?
Podcasts are essentially downloadable movies, TV shows, or radio programs (depending on whether they include video, pictures, or audio only). They can be listened to/watched on an iPod but they don’t have to be. You can watch them on your computer or connect your iPod to a TV or projector to show them larger.
